Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to align project goals and resolve technical challenges.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
- Monitor financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis, to optimize project profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Bali.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and stakeholders to secure permits, approvals, and smooth project progression.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in residential or commercial construction (preferably in Southeast Asia).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects (USD 5M+) on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes is highly advantageous.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong asset.
