Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for interior fit-out and F&B restaurant development, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and suppliers to align project goals and execution strategies.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Asana).
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Liaise with clients to provide regular updates, gather feedback, and ensure project alignment with their vision and expectations.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on interior fit-out, F&B restaurant development, or hospitality construction.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes, particularly in hospitality or commercial projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit) is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
