EGI Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee high-risk construction projects across Bali's most dynamic regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Lead and manage high-risk construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address safety, technical, and logistical challenges.
- Oversee project planning, including resource allocation, scheduling, and procurement of materials and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure design specifications and regulatory requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international construction standards, including safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including reporting to senior management, clients, and government authorities.
- Foster a culture of safety and accountability on-site, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in high-risk or complex projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects in Bali or similar high-growth markets.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction management tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
