As a Lifting Supervisor, you will oversee all crane and heavy equipment operations, ensuring compliance with international safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and local regulations. Your expertise will directly impact project timelines, cost efficiency, and team safety. Immediate availability is highly preferred to meet urgent project demands.

Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations, including crane setup, load rigging, and signal communication.
- Conduct pre-lift inspections of equipment, slings, and rigging gear to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Develop and implement lift plans, risk assessments, and method statements for complex lifting tasks.
- Train and mentor lifting teams on best practices, emergency procedures, and equipment handling.
- Monitor weather conditions and site hazards to adjust operations and prevent accidents.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align lifting activities with project schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of lifting operations, incidents, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and company policies during all lifting activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor or Rigging Foreman in large-scale construction or oil & gas projects.
- Certification in crane operation, rigging, or lifting supervision (e.g., CPCS, NCCCO, or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA, ISO, and Indonesian construction safety regulations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, load charts, and lift plans.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multicultural teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Physical fitness to work in outdoor, high-risk environments and willingness to travel to project sites.
- Immediate availability to join the project is highly advantageous.
