Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end project management for commercial, residential, or infrastructure developments in Bali’s West Region.
- Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and resolving conflicts.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment with design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and adherence to local/regional regulations.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities to secure permits, approvals, and project buy-in.
- Implement sustainable and cost-effective construction practices to optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
- Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all project phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role for large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to international quality standards (e.g., ISO, LEED).
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s construction regulations, zoning laws, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and BIM tools.
- Ability to travel frequently across project sites in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Demonstrated leadership in fostering team collaboration and resolving complex on-site challenges.
