Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of M&E construction projects from inception to handover.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, local building codes).
- Prepare and track project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports to optimize resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera or MS Project, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Resolve on-site technical or logistical issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to procure materials and services while negotiating favorable terms.
- Document and report project progress, risks, and mitigations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in M&E project management or construction supervision, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record of managing mid-to-large-scale construction projects (USD $1M+ budget).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD, BIM 360) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, building codes, and safety protocols (e.g., NFPA, IEC standards).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with LEED or green building practices is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali (Badung, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
