Responsibility
- Assist in planning and executing healthcare infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals to ensure project alignment with medical standards
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and healthcare facility regulations
- Manage documentation including contracts, permits, and project correspondence
- Facilitate communication between project teams and healthcare facility operators
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or institutional construction
- Familiarity with healthcare facility design and operational requirements
- Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed
