Responsibility

- Oversee the planting, irrigation, and maintenance of softscape elements, including trees, shrubs, and ground cover.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to address project requirements and resolve any on-site challenges.
- Manage and mentor a team of landscape laborers, providing training and guidance to enhance productivity.
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, material inventories, and safety logs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plant health, drainage, or construction delays promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape construction, supervision, or site management.
- Strong knowledge of plant species, soil conditions, and irrigation systems suitable for tropical climates.
