Responsibility
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and development projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and financial analyses to senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure adherence to sustainable construction practices and environmental regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and community stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate development sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Bali's construction regulations and local market dynamics is a plus.
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
