Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end contract management process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies throughout all contract stages.
- Manage pre- and post-contract activities, including risk assessment, amendments, and renewals.
- Handle claims, disputes, and variations with precision, minimizing financial and operational risks.
- Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and clients to align contract terms with project objectives.
- Monitor contract performance and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present contract-related reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and local regulations affecting construction contracts in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field; a Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts for large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian contract law, FIDIC standards, and construction regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, contract management software, and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
