Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end Fit-Out and A&A projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align project goals and resolve conflicts.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure cost-effective materials and services.
- Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Implement sustainable and innovative construction practices to enhance project value and environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Fit-Out or A&A project management, preferably in commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes is highly advantageous.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and travel to project sites as needed.
