Responsibility
- Lead and manage semiconductor and automation projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to align project goals and optimize workflows.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure success.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in project solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in semiconductor or automation industries.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a plus.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and automation systems is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or work remotely with occasional travel.
