Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend new equipment, tools, or software to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, process changes, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or MATLAB) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process optimization.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other quality management systems.
- Strong communication and project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving production demands.
