Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with investment research teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration between analysts, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project KPIs, financial performance, and resource allocation, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency in financial research workflows.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk analyses, and post-project evaluations to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., SEC, Basel III) and internal governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within financial services, investment research, or consulting.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, market trends, and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence teams and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 methodologies and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or remote setting with occasional travel to client sites (if required).
