Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end EPC project execution, from planning and design to procurement, construction, and handover.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors to align project objectives and resolve bottlenecks.
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Monitor project progress through KPIs, reports, and stakeholder updates, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes to optimize costs and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth project approvals and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in EPC project management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permits is highly advantageous.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
