Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering and industrial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to enhance project outcomes and business opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on engineering or industrial projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or JIRA.
- Experience working in Indonesia or Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
