Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Translate stakeholder and client requirements into a prioritized, executable product backlog, balancing technical feasibility with user-centric design.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to drive team productivity and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, designers, and developers to refine product features and resolve blockers in real time.
- Monitor project progress using tools like Jira or Trello, proactively identifying risks and mitigating delays to meet deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency in project status and deliverables.
- Champion best practices in project management, including documentation, version control, and quality assurance processes.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital product development or software delivery.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and product design workflows—experience in a UX-focused environment is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams, with a preference for candidates familiar with Bali’s tech ecosystem.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe are highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Passion for digital innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
