Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of full-stack solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features through the full sprint cycle.
- Manage the deployment lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, and monitoring.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Act as a technical escalation point, providing guidance and support to junior engineers.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to enhance our products.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong back-end development skills with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
