Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and networking systems using brands like Hikvision, Dahua, TP-Link, and ZKTeco.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to security and networking infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and clients.
- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in IT security and networking technologies.
- Assist in IT procurement and vendor management for hardware and software solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with CCTV systems, networking hardware, and security solutions.
- Familiarity with brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, TP-Link, and ZKTeco is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications in IT security or networking (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
