Are you a seasoned Senior Project Manager with expertise in Data Centre (MEP) projects? Trust Recruit is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee high-value engineering and project management initiatives in Bali’s thriving tech and infrastructure hubs.
In this role, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data centre projects, ensuring seamless execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet stringent timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end MEP project delivery for data centre constructions, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors to streamline project workflows and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical reviews to optimize project designs and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including safety, environmental, and building codes.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and stakeholder updates to senior management.
- Foster strong client and vendor relationships to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specializing in MEP or data centre projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects (budgets >$5M preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, power distribution, and fire suppression in data centres.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in Bali (relocation support may be provided for exceptional candidates).
- Familiarity with LEED, Tier Standards, or Uptime Institute certifications is advantageous.
