Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in compliance with local and international safety standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults using diagnostic tools and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical components, including transformers, switchgears, and control panels, to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and upgrade electrical systems for improved efficiency and safety.
- Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to execute precise installations and repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical motors, generators, and distribution systems to extend equipment lifespan.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local electrical codes, documenting all work for audit and safety purposes.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues promptly, providing 24/7 support when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a licensed Electrician in industrial, commercial, or similar environments.
- Valid electrical license or certification (e.g., TUK in Indonesia or equivalent international credentials).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including three-phase power, PLCs, and motor controls.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, megohmmeters).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness to work in confined spaces, at heights, or in outdoor conditions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
