Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project viability and identify potential risks.
- Develop and review structural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for residential and mixed-use developments.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to secure permits and approvals for construction projects.
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure adherence to safety and quality control protocols.
- Implement sustainable and cost-effective building solutions to enhance project efficiency and environmental impact.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and construction teams.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and post-construction evaluations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., P.E.) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on residential or mass housing projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
