Responsibility
- Inspect and evaluate coating and painting works to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of surface preparation, application techniques, and final finishes.
- Document and report inspection findings, including any defects or areas requiring corrective action.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations during painting and coating operations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to painting crews to improve workmanship and efficiency.
- Review and approve work plans, methodologies, and materials used in painting and coating projects.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and project progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Painting Inspector or similar role in the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of coating and painting techniques, materials, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Certification in coating inspection (e.g., NACE, SSPC, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites in Bali.
