Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or cost overruns, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to secure permits, approvals, and resolve any project-related issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and post-project evaluations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the project team, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure sector, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management, and local building codes in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
