Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to foster collaboration and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to secure permits, approvals, and align project objectives with business goals.
- Monitor financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Implement and enforce Kimlun’s quality control and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies on-site.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management and clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and sustainable construction practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure sector, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects (commercial, residential, or infrastructure) on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction regulations, permits, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve complex problems, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
