Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Sanitary) systems integration across construction projects.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, reports, and change orders.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEPFS construction management, preferably within a developer/owner's PMO.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of MEPFS systems, building codes, and construction best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
