Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end construction and aluminium engineering projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
- Oversee procurement, material sourcing, and logistics for aluminium components, ensuring cost-efficiency and supply chain reliability.
- Monitor project financials, including budget tracking, cost control, and profitability analysis, with regular reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local Indonesian regulations, international safety standards (OSHA, ISO), and company policies.
- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to guarantee adherence to design specifications and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management within the construction or aluminium engineering industry, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects (USD 1M+ budget) from inception to handover.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD, BIM 360) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and experience working in Southeast Asia is highly advantageous.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or LEED AP are preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Badung region) or already based in the area.
