We are seeking an experienced Foreman - Fit Out Specialist to oversee and execute interior construction and renovation projects across premium locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.

Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site fit-out activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, blueprints, and deadlines.
- Lead and mentor a team of workers, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality interior construction and finishing work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to clarify project requirements and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, timesheets, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and propose practical solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Site Manager in fit-out, interior construction, or renovation projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing techniques (e.g., drywall, flooring, carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding on-site conditions, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, project management tools) and ability to prepare reports.
- Certification in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
