Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate M&E and ELV construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Manage and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources efficiently to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to verify compliance with industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure all on-site operations align with local and international safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth project execution.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and documentation for stakeholders and management review.
- Troubleshoot electromechanical system failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Lead team training and development to enhance technical skills and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Diploma holders with extensive experience may also apply.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E/ELV project supervision, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, BMS (Building Management Systems), fire alarm systems, CCTV, and access control.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to management.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA, ISO), and quality assurance protocols.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel.
