Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management, clients, and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and performance metrics.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other local languages is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
