Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from planning and budgeting to completion and handover.
- Ensure strict compliance with contractual terms, financial constraints, and legal requirements.
- Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Implement and enforce quality benchmarks and safety regulations in accordance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to align project goals.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Resolve project-related conflicts or delays proactively to minimize disruptions.
- Foster strong client relationships through transparent communication and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, budgeting, and financial management in construction.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera for project planning and tracking.
- Ability to work in Bali, Indonesia (relocation assistance may be provided).
