Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to align project goals and expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, mentoring team members and promoting professional development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex project challenges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction software.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
