Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end management of civil engineering projects, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with government agencies, local communities, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project approvals and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid Professional Civil Engineer License (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex problems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
