We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager specializing in Architecture and Civil/Structural (C&S) projects to oversee the end-to-end execution of premium residential, commercial, and hospitality developments.

Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with architectural and structural designs.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to specifications.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays, cost overruns, or safety incidents.
- Oversee quality control and compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and stakeholder updates to senior management and clients.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure favorable terms and materials.
- Champion sustainable construction practices and innovative solutions to enhance project value and environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management for high-rise, commercial, or luxury residential projects, with a focus on C&S.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in Southeast Asia (Indonesia experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction regulations, permits, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Certifications such as PMP, LEED, or RAB (Recommended) will be advantageous.
- Fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus).
