Responsibility
- Lead and manage A1/A2 main contractor projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management plans to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards across all project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to maintain construction quality and address on-ground issues promptly.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including financial forecasts, progress updates, and risk assessments, to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and maintain cost efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff and site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in A1/A2 main contractor roles within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects in Southeast Asia or similar markets.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental compliance in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail and problem-solving agility.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or LEED are highly desirable.
