Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with Equira Lifeâs business objectives and long-term vision.
- Develop and implement project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, including regular updates, presentations, and reports to senior leadership and external partners.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, gathering feedback, and refining processes for future initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards throughout all project phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing strategic initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
- Experience in the life sciences, wellness, or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
