Responsibility
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays.
- Prepare detailed reports on project performance, including cost analysis, resource allocation, and timeline adherence.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential project disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to track and analyze project data.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project control, cost management, or project planning within the construction or metal works industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CCP are highly desirable.
- Experience working in Bali or Indonesia’s construction sector is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
