Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the Centralised Cooling System (CCS) operations, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime in residential units.
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring for infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting initiatives.
- Coordinate with HDB authorities, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and contingency planning to mitigate potential disruptions in cooling system operations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all project activities.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships to facilitate smooth project execution and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure, HVAC, or cooling systems.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, including budgeting and resource management.
- Strong technical knowledge of Centralised Cooling Systems or similar mechanical/electrical systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
