Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of onshore supply base projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and resources.
- Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing, to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all project activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to mitigate potential challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess progress and address any operational issues.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance, milestones, and key metrics to senior management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy, logistics, or construction sectors.
- Proven track record of managing onshore supply base operations or similar projects.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, procurement, and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with Indonesian safety and environmental regulations is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset.
