Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end pyrotechnic projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and post-event evaluation.
- Ensure strict adherence to Class 3 pyrotechnics regulations and local safety standards in Bali and Indonesia.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement risk assessment protocols and emergency response plans for all pyrotechnic operations.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and on-site setup for pyrotechnic displays, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, compliance reports, and client deliverables.
- Train and supervise on-site teams, ensuring all personnel are certified and follow best practices.
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and permits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in pyrotechnics (Class 3 certification required).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale pyrotechnic projects in construction, events, or entertainment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international pyrotechnic safety standards (e.g., NFPA, local regulations).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and office software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally other regions.
