Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle for new Bacha Coffee store openings in Bali, from planning to execution and handover.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure compliance with brand design guidelines and local regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and contracts to secure high-quality materials and services within budget.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets, providing regular progress reports to senior management.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance (QA) checks at every stage to uphold Bacha Coffeeâs premium standards.
- Liaise with internal teams (operations, marketing, procurement) to align project deliverables with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving any issues that may impact project timelines or costs.
- Ensure all projects adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in retail, hospitality, or F&B industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple high-end retail or commercial projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction, design, and vendor management processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and travel to project sites as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
