Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
- Assist the Store Supervisor in implementing approved policies, procedures, and programs to maintain consistency across the store.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate record-keeping to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct regular store audits to verify compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and team productivity to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to execute promotional campaigns, visual merchandising, and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or hospitality environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by store needs.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is a plus.
