Responsibility

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or hospitality environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
