Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas and retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS management.
- Manage premium stock inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, restocking, and waste minimization.
- Craft and serve specialty coffee beverages, maintaining consistency with brand standards and customer expectations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while enhancing customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, service standards, and coffee preparation techniques.
- Monitor and maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail, hospitality, or coffee shops.
- Proven expertise in specialty coffee preparation, including manual brewing methods and latte art.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, sales reports, and operational budgets.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, inventory software).
