Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project development, from feasibility studies to handover, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize design, functionality, and budget adherence.
- Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks or delays.
- Liaise with local authorities to secure permits, approvals, and compliance with Indonesian building codes and environmental regulations.
- Develop and track project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, vendors, and community representatives.
- Implement sustainable building practices and innovative solutions to enhance project value and market appeal.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property development, construction management, or real estate project execution.
- Proven track record of managing luxury residential or commercial projects with budgets exceeding IDR 50 billion.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, zoning laws, and environmental standards.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and financial tools.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other project sites in Indonesia.
