In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end landscape projectsâfrom conceptual design to final executionâensuring exceptional quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive landscape project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with design specifications and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, addressing risks and resolving delays to maintain schedule adherence.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards, material compliance, and contractor performance.
- Manage procurement of plants, materials, and equipment, negotiating with suppliers for optimal cost and quality.
- Implement sustainable landscaping practices, including water conservation and native plant integration.
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting milestones and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape project management, preferably in high-end residential or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale landscaping projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of tropical plants, irrigation systems, and hardscaping techniques relevant to Baliâs climate.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite for design and visualization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Baliâs construction regulations and permit acquisition processes.
