This is a full-time position based in Bali, with opportunities to work across key locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of property development projects, from planning and design to construction and handover, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while monitoring progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee risk management, identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations, securing necessary permits and approvals.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including investors, government agencies, and community groups, to foster positive engagement and project success.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality, safety protocols, and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, financial performance, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the property development or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory processes, with experience securing permits and approvals in Bali or similar markets.
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, BIM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and driving project success.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
