Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end project development lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure strict adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety compliance on a regular basis.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, progress updates, and budget forecasts for management review.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure minimal disruption to construction timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication between site teams and the head office.
- Review tender documents and assist in contract administration activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project execution or construction development.
- Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven track record of delivering construction projects within defined timelines and budgets.
