Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and commissioning of solar PV projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timeline standards.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project objectives and resolve technical or operational challenges.
- Oversee site teams, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial summaries.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international standards for solar PV installations and safety protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV project engineering or construction management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering solar PV projects from inception to commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV system design, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Familiarity with local and international standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, SNI) for solar energy systems.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD or similar design tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
