Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, generators, and plumbing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce the risk of failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades or installations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and local regulations for all M&E operations.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and provide on-call support as needed.
- Assist in energy efficiency initiatives and recommend improvements to reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E maintenance, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and building automation.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment (e.g., multimeters, thermal imaging cameras).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks involving climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
- Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
