Responsibility
- Supervise and execute electrical maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian electrical safety regulations (PU, PLN, and local standards).
- Monitor and service electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, and distribution panels.
- Lead troubleshooting and repair of electrical faults to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
- Prepare technical reports, work orders, and documentation for audits and client deliverables.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on electrical safety protocols and best practices.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align electrical work with project timelines.
Qualifications
- Valid Chargeman License (A4 or A3) issued by the Indonesian Directorate General of Electricity (Ditjen Ketenagalistrikan).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, construction, or commissioning.
- Proven expertise in high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with Indonesian electrical codes (SNI, PUIL) and international standards (IEC, NEC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools (e.g., megohmmeter, insulation tester, multimeter).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong communication and teamwork skills.
